Michelle Williams: Best Eye/Lip Duo

INSIDE SCOOP Because Michelle Williams has fair skin, light blond hair, and wore a bone white gown, her makeup artist Jeanine Lobell added color on her face. “I didn’t want her to look like a sea of white,” she said. She smudged a sparkly pewter eye shadow on the top and bottom lashlines, tucked in a few faux lashes, and finished with a dusting of sparkly white shadow. Adding a drop of foundation to the star’s pink lipstick helped make “the lips a part of the face, not a separate statement.”
