INSIDE SCOOP “Jennifer Lawrence’s eyes were the focal point tonight,” said Avon makeup artist Jillian Dempsey. “I played them up with lots of mascara and sultry black liner.” Layering the four neutral tones in the Avon Blushing Raisins Eyeshadow Quad, Dempsey created a sculpted and structural eye that still managed to feel soft and smudgy.
