A sexy, smoky eye is a standard for a night as momentous as New Year’s Eve, and the deep navy twist January Jones added to hers is a fun way to give dark shadows a pop of color. “I wanted her whole look to have a dramatic high fashion feel to it, not passive, but of real intentional glamour,” says her makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin. “I created a powerful indigo smoky eye paired with soft berry-stained lips.”
