Claire Danes’s DoubleLiner

To give a “casual nod to old Hollywood glamour,” Claire Danes’s makeup artist Matin Maulawizada topped off the star’s metallic shadow with a thick sweep of liner on the top, then continued on the inner rim of her lower lash line. The subtle definition on the bottom adds a sexy, smoldering effect without piling on the shadows, but if your eyes are on the small side, move the line underneath your lashes instead, as dark colors on your waterline can make your eye look smaller.
