Get the Look: Frost and Ice

EYES: Eisdell blended two shades of cream eye shadows along Mulligan's lids: Chanel Illusion D'Ombre in Mirifique, a sparkly slate, and Fantasme, an icy white ($36 each; chanel.com). A few generous coats of YSL Faux Cils mascara ($30; yslbeautyus.com) finished lashes.
BROWS: "I sharpened Carey's eyebrows with The Make Up Store Tri Brow Color ($27; makeupstore.se), extending the shape a bit to add drama," Eisdell tells us.
FINISHING TOUCH: A sweep of Dior Bois De Rosebud ($42; sephora.com) kept Mulligan from looking too cold.
