Get the Look: Dramatic Pink

EYES: Vanngo lined Belle's eyes in navy liner, then pressed Chanel Illusion D'Ombre eye shadow in Emerveille ($36; chanel.com) on the lower lashline. Black mascara on the top lashes only kept the eyes striking but not heavy.
LIPS: "The lip color is Tom Ford's Violet Fatale ($48; neimanmarcus.com). It's a pinkish violet shade but Camilla's lips are very pink already, which accentuates the tone," he says.
FINISHING TOUCH: Highlighter along the cheekbones, nose and forehead gave the severe colors a touch of light.
