Bright Blue Cat-Eye

MAKEUP HOW-TO: To create this look, Dubroff first traced navy pencil along Dennings’s upper lash lines, extending it into an upward swoosh ¼ inch past eyes. Then she layered a matte royal blue powder on top, concentrating the color at the crease and blending outward to fatten the wing. Dubroff buffed a bright blue metallic cream over the center of lids “to attract light,” then slicked a rosy lipstick onto lips.

BROW NOTE: For a sleek finish, Dubroff spritzed hairspray on a disposable spoolie wand and brushed it through brows. “It’s an easy way to keep them in place,” she says.
