Layering may take a little while, but it's the key to lip color that will last all night. "It's worth the effort," says makeup artist Andy Paige, who offers these tips for a lasting pout: Coat a lip brush with lip liner and brush it on; then dust lips with translucent powder using a fan brush; then a coat of lipstick. Hold a tissue over the mouth and applies powder again, which will seep through the tissue's pores. And finally one more coat of lipstick.
