Stylist David Babaii calls this "super easy" because it took him a mere 15 minutes. After blowing dry Scarlett's hair, he spritzed it with beach spray to give rough texture, then curled sections in random directions using an FHI curling iron. When the hair was cool, he swept it to the side and combed his fingers through, then pinned pieces up and secured with bobby pins. "To get bobby pins to stay put, spritz them with a little hairspray before you use them," says Babaii. To achieve the front wave, he put hairspray on a toothbrush and used it to lift the front and swirl it over. The result is an elegant (and easy to achieve) style for a special holiday event.
