Peanut Brittle
(Makes one serving)1 ¼ oz. Ketel One vodka
¾ oz. Nocello walnut liqueur
¾ oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
¼ oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 scoop peanut butter
1 oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. heavy whipping cream
Stir peanut butter with vodka, simple syrup and whipping cream until peanut butter is smooth. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a peanut butter rimmed, chilled martini glass.
