Lady Gaga instantly made the list of most memorable Grammys outfits ever when she arrived in an embryonic ensemble designed by Hussein Chalayan. "This is Lady Gaga, she's incubating," the singer's creative director, Laurie Ann Gibson, explained to E!'s Ryan Seacrest. "I can't tell you what she's wearing, you'll have to wait for her performance." While her fashion credits were kept a secret, Gaga could be seen using an unusual accessory—a portable oxygen tank.
