The Elizabethan Gown

Gaga brought a little Queen Elizabeth I along to meet Queen Elizabeth II at the Royal Variety Performance in London. Designer Atsuko Kudo told Gaga Fashionland that the latex gown (and its matching ruff collar) took seven workers two weeks to complete.
