Miley Cyrus rocked a little tie-dye dress with fishnet insets from Herve Leger by Max Azria and accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and a Judith Leiber clutch. The Hannah Montana star chose the look herself: "I was the only one who voted for this dress. All my friends and family wanted me to wear something sparkly." The Miley-approved design will be sold on eBay to benefit the Red Cross's efforts in Haiti. "It's important to keep everyone involved," said the star. "People are going to need help years from now. We need everyone to come together."
