50 Cent and G-Unit

With a little help from designer Marc Ecko, 50 Cent launched G-Unit Clothing Company in 2003, an affordable men's clothing line, and added G-Unit Women's in 2005, which includes apparel and accessories. "We knew that he was capable of this level of success and this collection is indicative of his achievements," Marc Ecko says of 50 Cent. The rapper has also ventured onto the publishing scene, launching G-Unit Books at Borders in January. After 13 nominations 50 Cent has two more chances to take home his first Grammy this year. He has been nominated for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Solo Performance.
