Pat Benatar did the no-pants look decades before Sienna Miller thought to hit the town sans bottoms. "This came from a Halloween costume I wore," Benatar has said of her onstage leotard. "I was dressed as a character from this ridiculous B movie called Cat-Women of the Moon. This was ridiculous then; it's so ridiculous now."
