The cast of the original Broadway production of Dreamgirls scored two Grammys in 1982, Best Cast Show Album and Best Vocal Performance for Jennifer Holliday's gut-wrenching solo And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going, and now the movie adaptation is also nominated for two awards. The film version of the wildly successful story has already cleaned up at the major movie awards, winning three Golden Globes and two Academy Awards.
