True Blood star Anna Paquin glittered in a gold Stella McCartney gown, jewelry from the Stephen Russell Vintage Collection and a black skull clutch by Alexander McQueen. She was nominated for Best Actress for her role in the vampire drama as well as for the made for television movie The Courageous Heart of Irena Sendler. Her fiance Stephen Moyer wore a classic black tuxedo.
