Yes, 30 Rock won an award, but that wasn't the only achievement Tina Fey was happy about: "I’m having a great night—I haven’t fallen out of my dress, nor I have I fallen into this pool," said Fey, who chatted with pal Amy Poehler before sitting down with her TV co-stars at the HBO fete.
