THE SCOOP: You have to be a bit of a sleuth to find the hidden green door that marks the entrance to this late-night hot spot, but it's well worth the hunt. This salon-like setting (1930's Paris meets the New Orleans' French quarter) is where Heidi Klum threw her famed Halloween party this year as well as a late night bash after the Victoria's Secret fashion show. Dinner is served until 11:30 p.m. Order the truffle mac and cheese, $12 or crepes, $14.
