Blanchett won the Best Actress award in 1998 for her performance in Elizabeth and is now being recognized for her role in the sequel. The two-time nominee (also nominated for her supporting role in I'm Not There) has certainly made her mark on the red carpet and recently turned heads in this black-and-green Armani Prive dress at the Rome Film Festival.
