Despite her fun, spontaneous nature, Rihanna's pixie crop wasn't a spur-of-the-moment decision. "We’ve been talking about going short for a little while now, and we actually planned to cut it the following week," said the star's hairstylist Ursula Stephen. "I just felt like—why wait? Rihanna was ready for her short hair again."
