Chill Out, Trim Down
Muffin tops apparently hate the cold. A new medical procedure, Coolsculpting by Zeltiq ($700–$1,200), uses a gel patch to freeze fat cells below the skin. The cells then break down and are removed by the body's normal metabolic process.
