Recipe: • Created by Chef Danny Ye of Harlow restaurant, NYC
• 2 oz Plymouth Gin
• 4 dashes of Yuzu juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 6 sprigs of tarragon (leave leafs on stalks)
• 1 lime, cut into 1/8 slices
Method: • Build in a shaker, muddle limes and add tarragon and remaining ingredients. Shake like crazy! Double strain over pellet ice and garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of tarragon.
