Trainer Jason Walsh's Healthy Turkey Chili (Jessica Biel is a fan!)
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
2 tbsp chili spice
¾ cup water
1 can (15 oz.) organic baked beans
1 can (20 oz.) diced, peeled, no-salt plum tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (15 oz.) marinara sauce
1 Sauté meat in pan until brown. 2 Drain excess juices and add water and chili spice. 3 Simmer 5–10 minutes. 4 Mix remaining ingredients in separate saucepan and add sautéed meat. 5 Simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes.
