Things remained platonic when she played his love interest in the video for "What's Left of Me," but Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo got romantic on New Year's Eve 2007, sharing an intimate midnight moment with the nearly one million people celebrating in N.Y.C.'s Times Square. On November 4th, 2010, Lachey popped the question to Minnillo during a beachside proposal in California. "We're excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together," the couple said in a statement.
