New York City floral designer Preston Bailey, who first encountered wild orchids in the rain forests of his native Panama, says he has had a "lifetime love affair" with the blooms. For a bridal bouquet like the one he created for television writer J.J. Philbin (Regis's daughter), he used white cymbidium and dendrobium orchids, white peonies and mini calla lilies.
