Save the Children is a charity close to Miley Cyrus's heart. In 2007, the young Hannah Montana star went to Kentucky with her famous dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, to film a documentary for the organization. Cyrus is also a member of the Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet.
