BAR "Using black and elements of red makes this room feel like a hip New York bar," says designer Kara Smith. It comes complete with a white onyx fireplace and two flat screens. Richards uses the space for monthly potluck dinners ("supper clubs," she calls them) with pals like Lisa Rinna and Holly Robinson Peete.

ENTRYWAY "I love texture," says Richards, who punched up the entryway with a Capiz-shell wall covering, Venetian plaster walls, and leopard-print carpeted stairs.

WINE ROOM Temperature-controlled cabinets in the wine room hold about 240 bottles of vino. Michael Berman club chairs are upholstered in a textured weave fabric from the Romo Group's Miami collection. Fresh flowers delivered every other week provide fragrance and a shot of rich color.
