LIVING ROOM Morrison worked with interior designer Christos Prevezanos to achieve a laid-back yet luxurious look, inspired by the Bowery Hotel in New York and the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles. Prevezanos paired the sofas with a minimal midcentury Paul McCobb glass coffee table and brought in a classic California feel with local vintage pottery, beautifully weathered antique rugs, and carved wooden furniture.KITCHEN For her light-filled kitchen, Morrison had her friend Ezra Weigel craft a custom walnut and alder dining table. "I wouldn't claim to be a chef extraordinaire, but I do like to cook when I have the time," Morrison says. "I'm definitely going to have some formal dinners here."
BEDROOM "I wanted to keep the decor fairly simple in the bedroom," says Morrison, "since the beamed ceilings, balcony, and fireplace were already strong focal point."
