THE STATS Ashley's contractor father, Michael Tisdale, built her 3,500-square-foot home. "I definitely got my dad's 'construction' gene," she says. "When I was younger, I had my own tool belt. I can build anything from Ikea!" Her quiet neighborhood is close to Hollywood, but just far enough away to provide privacy. Neighbors include Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli, Brooke Burns, Hilary Duff and George Lopez.

DECOR The house's décor reflects what she describes as a Santa Barbara-like aesthetic, with beachy white interiors and Spanish-style motifs. "The colors throughout are neutral and pastel," she says. "It's almost spalike."
