Inside Stars' Homes
"It's Cape Cod meets Hollywood bungalow," says actress Amy Smart of her 2,000-square-foot, two-bedroom cottage in Beverly Hills. Special touches like a vintage farm table in the kitchen and crown moldings in every room pull together the charming decor. "I didn't go too modern because I wanted to keep the feel of the '40s," Smart says.
WHY SHE LOVES IT A large backyard full of rosebushes and lemon and lime trees surround her saltwater pool and deck. "I grew up in a house with huge decks and picture windows," Smart says. "I still need that touch of nature to ground me."
At the Van Cleef & Arpels flagship store in New York City, Blake Lively celebrated the redesign in a black bias Marchesa slip dress with pastel floral embroidery, Chantilly lace cut-outs and a tulle flounce skirt. Van Cleef & Arpels jewels and black Gucci heels completed her look.
