INSIDE SCOOP Kerry Washington usually opts for low-key, rumpled waves. But according to her hairstylist Marcus Francis, her signature look wouldn't work with her graphic dress. "Her dress was very sleek with clean, straight lines. The hair needed to reflect that," he told us. "If Kerry had worn her signature waves, it probably would have competed with the dress, and that dress needed all the attention. Bone straight hair with blunt bangs drew attention to her cheekbones and almond shape eyes—two of the most important features to showcase."
