INSIDE SCOOP For Emma Roberts's simple style, Neutrogena hairstylist Marcus Francis started with a deep moisture mask. "It enhances shine and helps nourish the hair in high altitude and dry climates," he says. He rough dried the hair and waved it with a double-barrel curling iron before twisting back a section from either side of the head and pinning it in place with a bobby pin. (You can't see in the picture, but Francis braided one side for added texture and dimension.)
