INSIDE SCOOP Kirsten Dunst is one of Hollywood's edgiest stars, which is exactly why hairstylist Cervando Maldonado knew she'd own this retro-inspired look. "I rough-dried the hair, then curled it section-by-section," he told us. He gathered each section into a pin curl, which he removed 15 minutes later when they were totally cool. "I brushed it out to create softness, and added a dab of styling cream to control frizz," he says. And one final tip: "Don't forget to add hairspray to hold your style!"
