WHY WE LOVE IT "On my way to do Paula's hair, it was pouring rain, so I wanted to do something upshe felt the same way," says hairstylist Ursula Stephens, who created the look. She spritzed the roots with lifting spray, then blew it dry in an upward direction for volume. After teasing the hair, she brushed it into a back twist held in place with pins, and shaped the top with heavy duty hairspray.
