Katy Perry went for the shock factor at last night's MTV European Music Awards with a number of funky fashion choices. First, the host donned a bright orange Victor & Rolf tulle gown with artful holes plucked straight from the Spring 2010 runway. Next, she wore Lebanese designer George Chakra's bright blue sequin flapper dress from his Fall 2009 couture collection, followed by a white tulle confection—complete with a futuristic collar—from his Spring 2010 ready-to-wear collection during her performance.
