Just two weeks after Ashlee Simpson-Wentz gave birth to son Bronx, she began the 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone program with celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza. The plan includes cardio and strength training segments that gradually increase in length and intensity over a three-month period. "Ashlee wanted to get rid of her belly bulge as most new moms do," says Braganza, who has also helped Jessica Alba and Halle Berry get back into post-pregnancy shape. "She also wanted to tone her arms and reduce body fat overall."
