The Obamas hit Manhattan to see the August Wilson play, Joe Turner's Come and Gone. "I am taking my wife to New York City because I promised her during the campaign that I would take her to a Broadway show after [the campaign] was all finished," the president said in a statement reported by the AP. The First Lady dressed up for date night in a formfitting ruffled sheath with a satin VBH clutch.
