Michelle Obama layered an Azzedine Alaia jacket over an Etro print top and white Moschino shirt when she joined Carla Bruni-Sarkozy (in Dior) for a tour of Notre Dame Cathedral and Rohan Palace in Strasbourg. The First Lady completed the outfit with black Gunex trousers.
