President Obama and the First Lady welcomed top musicians—including Tony Bennett, Paul Simon, Will.i.am and Martina McBride—to a White House concert where music legend Stevie Wonder was honored with the Gershwin Award for Lifetime Achievement. The People magazine cover girl wore an emerald green silk-chiffon dress designed by Wonder’s wife, Kai Milla, and accessorized the flirty look with a black sash belt and Loree Rodkin jewelry.
