Michelle Obama joined Jill Biden for a lunch date with Washington D.C. Mayor Adrian Fenty and his wife Michelle Fenty at D.C.'s Georgia Brown's restaurant. The First Lady wore a blue-toned ensemble, including a tweed J.Crew overcoat and a sheath dress with an asymmetrical neckline. She accessorized with a royal blue belt and the same Jimmy Choo pumps she wore on Inauguration Day.
