Minnie Mouse was the first to welcome tween queen Miley Cyrus (in Kaufman Franco) to the Hannah Montana star's 16th birthday celebration at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. Famous friends like Tyra Banks, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Steve Carell shared in the fun, which included a parade, fireworks and a special performance by the birthday girl.
