"I know what happens, so I'm not really missing anything," said Leighton Meester, who skipped an evening at home watching Gossip Girlto help fashion house Yves Saint Laurent celebrate its partnership with New York's Metropolitan Opera House at the opening night gala performance of Donizetti's La Fille du Régiment. But Meester's evening was right out of a GG script: The actress joined Emmy Rossum, Eva Mendes and Naomi Campbell for an evening of cuisine and culture that wasn't considered officially over until the last glass of Louis Roederer champagne was empty.
