Todd HommeHe started experimenting with makeup at the age of four, and 10 years later he learned the makeup tricks and techniques that led him to create looks for drag pageants. After earning a degree at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco, he moved to New York where he utilized his expertise at MAC and Dior. "He's colorblind! He never used that as an excuse so we never judged him on it," says Rubenstein.
