HOW TO WEAR IT "Blue eyeliner on the bottom lash line is a fresh and fun way to enliven your face," says celebrity makeup artist Amy Nadine. “Take a metallic powder eye shadow and apply it wet with an eyeliner brush, starting thin on the inside corners and expanding the width gradually as you drag the brush to the outside corner.” For more intensity, re-wet the brush, dip in the shadow and go back over the line.
PRODUCT TO TRY For a pale flush of blue, apply a shade like this from Nars with your finger, swiping it across the lid. Amp up the pigment by wetting a brush and dipping that in the shadow.
