Hairspray star Amanda Bynes didn't hold back when she designed her Dear by Amanda collection for Steve & Barry's. "100 percent of me goes into the development of the line," she has said. Bynes conjured up mix and match pieces that can be worn in all sorts of combinations. "When I'm wearing my favorite outfit it definitely puts a spring in my step," Bynes has said. "So if every day could be my favorite outfit day I'd be happy all the time."
