Well, hello Dolly…and Charlie! Twin girls Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip were born to Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell on December 28th. Romijn made beautiful music during her pregnancy by belting out a few tunes: "I'm taking singing lessons. I don't know if the girls can hear me, but I want them to."
