Why stop at one? Just a year after the birth of daughter Harlow Winter Kate, Nicole Richie and Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden are expecting a second child. "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister!" Madden announced on his band's website.
