Canadian songstress Celine Dion has been a patron of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for 15 years, and supports many other children's charities as well. The mother-of-one, seen here in Johannesburg, South Africa, with children from a Soweto food program, performed a duet with the image of the late Elvis Presley at last year's Idol Gives Back. Footage of her visit to South Africa will be shown this year. Singer/songwriter Paul Simon, who has been committed to charity work in Africa, and to African music for many years, is the founder of the fifth charity to benefit from the show, the Children's Health Fund.
