"I just survived an 18-hour plane trip from Paris to be here!" declared Andie MacDowell when she arrived for the Variety Top 10 Directors to Watch party at the Stein Eriksen Lodge. The L'Oreal Paris spokeswoman was on hand to help present the Women in Film Women of Worth Vision Award. Jodie Foster, Danny Glover and Patricia Clarkson also made the trek up the mountain to the swank lodge—where Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley were married in December—to celebrate the honorees.
